#PlayTheKPSWay

“Play is the highest expression of human development in childhood for it alone is the free expression of what is in a child’s soul.”            Friedrich Froebel

In session 2018/19, we began an exciting journey to implement play into the P1 classes. In session 2019/20, we decided to continue this exciting journey and introduce Play Pedagogy into the P2 and P3/2 classes. The staff Play Pedagogy Strategic Team is led this initiative. In session 2020/21, we invested in buying a range of Loose Parts Play equipment for the P4-7 children.

This Thinglink below will tell you all about the benefits of play pedagogy (the Thinglink was created by the Inverclyde Play Pedagogy Team)
