This term , Primary six are learning about the Victorians .

As part of this topic we will learn about William Quarrier and visit Quarrier's Village.

We have been learning about the events that happened such as when post boxes and stamps were first used. Victorian police were called  'Bobbies' and 'Peelers' after William Peel who set up the police force.

Sarah's grampa is coming in to talk to the class about Quarriers because he lives in Quarriers village and he worked in the village.
